The Myosotis Foundation was created by Philip Morris. Its mission is to develop and manage the company’s child care centers, so that its employees can better balance their personal and professional life.

Discover

Each structure offers 122 places and is open to children of Philip Morris employees and its affiliates. A few places are also open to children registered on the waiting list of Lausanne and living in the Neuchâtel Canton. Our child care centers accommodate children as of 3 months old until they reach the age required to start primary school.

ASE ou EDE à 80% en CDM

Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir jusqu'au 31.01.2025

Nous demandons :

• CFC d’assistant-e socio-éducatif-ve

• Diplôme d’éducateur-trice de l’enfance (ES)

• Expérience dans le domaine de la petite enfance

• Autonomie, sens de la communication, flexibilité

• Des bonnes connaissances d’anglais seraient un atout

Vos responsabilités :

• Assurer l’accueil des enfants et de leur famille dans un cadre de vie collectif, structuré, sécurisant et stable.

• Aménager la vie collective afin d’assurer la sécurité affective et physique des enfants accueillis.

• Participer activement au travail d’équipe et s’investir dans les projets de l’institution.
