The Myosotis Foundation was created by Philip Morris. Its mission is to develop and manage the company’s child care centers, so that its employees can better balance their personal and professional life.

Each structure offers 122 places and is open to children of Philip Morris employees and its affiliates. A few places are also open to children registered on the waiting list of Lausanne and living in the Neuchâtel Canton. Our child care centers accommodate children as of 3 months old until they reach the age required to start primary school.

Nous recherchons un·e Assistant·e Accueil & Administration pour un contrat de durée maximal (CDM) dans le cadre d’un remplacement congé maternité.

Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans le fonctionnement administratif de la crèche et l’accueil des familles. Il s’agit d’un poste en binôme avec un horaire d’ouverture et un horaire de fermeture sur tous les jours de la semaine.

Vos missions

• Accueil des familles, gestion des appels et des courriels

• Support administratif à la Direction : courriers, documents, organisation de réunions

• Mise à jour des dossiers, procédures et bases de données

• Rédaction et traduction de communications FR/EN

• Gestion des inscriptions, modifications, résiliations et contrats

• Suivi des listes d’attente et coordination des intégrations

• Gestion des données liées à la facturation

• Gestion du site internet

• Collaboration quotidienne avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes

Votre profil

• CFC employé·e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent

• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français

• Anglais niveau C1, oral et écrit

• Maîtrise avancée des outils informatiques usuels

• Sens des priorités, aisance relationnelle, autonomie et discrétion
